eXpress Fitness Club is constantly being upgraded with the latest gym equipment. This includes Free Weights, ranging from very light weights for the beginners and the elderly to significantly heavy weights for the veteran athletes, Strength Machines, Cardiovascular Machines and the use of Indoor Pool and Jacuzzi.
eXpress Fitness Club offers a vast range of supplements on display for the athletes’ particular needs, as well as a range of health, beauty and massage therapies.
